Turning
We horizontally turn rotary surfaces (exterior, interior, cylindrical, shaped), recessing, standard and atypical profile threads, screws.
According to the material, we turn:
- traditional steels
- alloy steels
- hardened steels
- cast ironnon-ferrous metals
- technical plastics and others...
According to the supplied semi-finished products:
- flange material up to a diameter of 1,500 mm with a possibility of multi-axial operations – drilling, slotting
- shaft material up to a diameter of 900 mm and maximum length 8,000 mm with support using a fixed/travelling stay
- Horizontal turning of holes from a diameter of 170 mm to a length of 1,200 mm
